WebBut the best study I've seen from a black Harvard prof (can't remember his name right now) stated that blacks are slightly less likely to be killed during an arrest than white people, controlling for size of population, frequency of getting arrested, etc. And he admitted he started the study to prove blacks were disproportionally impacted.
