You can remove the headrest yourself but a second person pulling on the headrest while you fuss with the plastic tabs will make it go much quicker. With the rear headrest out, the visibility out the rear window is way better. There is a metal clip that has to be removed. Fold the rear sear forward to give yourself better access and get a small flathead screw driver. They have lots of resistance so you need strong plier and a flat screw driver and some elbow grease. Use your muscle to pull the clip around each post.
